Production of CreaBlocks Wooden Blocks
 CreaBlocks Natural Wooden Blocks are made in the in cooperation with the social workplace “Hand in Hand” Cottbus-Gallinchen.

| The already trimmed beech planks are cut into wooden strips. |
With a broad 4-sided planer wooden blocks of desired size can be made. |

| With a broadband sanding machine that is accurate to 1/10 mm the blocks get their final shape and also a surface that ensures that the bocks are not slippery. |
Control of the saw machine: After measurement of the wooden of the wooden strips the wooden blocks are cut exactly the programmed length - everything full automatic. |

After the sawing all 8 corners and 12 edges of each block are rounded with with a 2 mm rounder, so that they sit comfortably in your hand and don´t have any sharp edges or corners. |

| The final step: All edges and surface get a final sanding by hand. |
In most cases on the same day your order leaves our storage in Cottbus. |
